Booking and payment

We take bookings for our classes online via our website and ask for prepayment to confirm your booking. Your payment is processed through Stripe. If you are uncomfortable about paying online we are happy to send our bank details for a transfer to be made. If you have any questions regarding this please get in touch.

Non-attendance

In the event of non-attendance or lateness to classes it is not possible to provide alternative studio time, or for a class to be rescheduled. Fees will not be refunded.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be sent in writing by email to jo@theclayroom.co.uk

If received 10 working days or more before the course start date, your fees will be refunded in full, minus a £10 booking fee. Alternatively it may be possible to transfer your session to another date, subject to availability.

Payments will not be refunded for cancellations received within 10 working days of the start date. Once the course begins there are no refunds and it will not be possible to transfer your place to another date.

Refunds are not available for gift cards or gift certificates.

If we have to cancel your class due to unforeseen circumstances you can choose to transfer to the next available class at no extra charge, or receive a full refund of any fees paid. If a single session has to be cancelled we will offer an alternative session date or refund fees for the cancelled session. The Clay Room reserves the right to cancel any class at short notice. In this event you will be notified as soon as possible.
